Does the current reporting structure and areas of responsibility make sense? And is Bill cut out for that new role? We conduct a comprehensive Organizational Assessment and make specific recommendations on making the organization or division or office work more productively.
The Next Generation: Succession Planning
The best organizations are continually looking to the future, and that includes having plans in place to identify and develop tomorrow’s leaders. We assist clients with Succession Planning and help prepare key employees for future roles with the company through training, job rotation, and mentoring.

Happy employees are productive employees, and so it is important to find out what employees are thinking and how engaged they are in their work. We design custom Employee Surveys and Engagement Surveys to help managers get greater insight into their employees mind-sets. This Executive Coaching takes place on a one-to-one basis with specific goals laid out in particular areas of competency, whether it’s to help develop emerging leaders or provide training for those needing to improve their performance.

Before you can determine whether a person is right for their job, you must clearly identify what particular skills and talents are needed for that position. We help clients define these competencies, and then assess the employee’s strengths and weaknesses against them.

The day-to-day management of employees is one of the most critical pieces of an organization’s productivity and culture, and reflecting that importance, it is also one of the Titan Group’s most in-demand areas of expertise. Once you have the right person in the right job, you must ensure that you have set goals that are both realistic and appropriate and that you are measuring the employee’s performance based on some mutually agreed-upon objectives. We help clients set up Performance Management systems that provide ongoing, consistent feedback to employees while also rewarding them in ways that are consistent with their performance.
Talent show. Assessing Employee Skills
Just what kind of skills do your employees have? How prepared are they to take on future roles within the organization? We help our clients find out. Our comprehensive Talent Assessment tools identify employees’ skill levels from communication to leadership, to the ability to analyze data. To help them improve, we develop an Individual Development Plan for each employee, which includes recommendations on activities and timelines that ensure the employee is on a path to success.
Digging deeper. Online Assessment Tools
There is no one-size-fits-all tool for evaluating employee skills, so we employ more than two dozen assessment tools, which employees can take online. These Assessment Tools include tests that measure skills, interest and ability for a particular role, including a 360-degree assessment that collects valuable feedback from a full circle of evaluators - supervisors, direct reports, peers, and clients/vendors.
