Titan Group is extremely pleased to announce its selection as a Human Resources Consultant for the University of Virginia under a publicly accessible contract.  Titan Group services may be accessed by other government and public bodies.  This contract resulted from a solicitation that was publicly posted for maximum competition. The contract has been negotiated on behalf of other public bodies and includes clauses that address e-commerce, payment terms and future goods and services.

What does this mean for you? 

No lengthy RFP process is needed to access the full range of Titan compensation, HR advisory or leadership development services – just access the contract (the RFP has been done for you.)

While the contract name indicates the provision of Benefits and Compensation services, the agreement with the University and the Public contract allow for "provision of other services as requested" - allowing you to access the full range of Titan's consulting and leadership development services without having to repeat the procurement process.

The contract Name and Number is Compensation, Retirement, and Benefits Consulting and Advisory Services, #UVA - SH052809.  You can also view the contract described on the UVA Procurement webpage.

Email invitations were sent to over 700 Richmond area contacts in late February 2009. There were 217 companies that responded to the survey. Lee Weisiger, Managing Principal of Titan Group, presented a workshop on Determining Market Compensation for Your Bank:  How to Participate and Effectively Utilize Compensation Surveys at the HR & Benefits Symposium held by Virginia Bankers Association, Williamsburg Marriott at Kingsmill.  Participants learned how to define what "market" compensation is for their bank, how to assess which surveys are useful, how to match jobs in compensation surveys, how to compile and compare survey results, and how to apply these results in making pay adjustments, budgets and other compensation decisions.
